Hafeez has several years experience in organizational change and change management across different geographies and cultures gaining a good understanding of cross-cultural and cross-functional change.  Using a positive approach of appreciative inquiry and combining this with models specifically developed and tailored to the organisation's needs, Hafeez has been able to achieve collaborative and consistent change within organizations that has added value and made a direct contribution to the direction and growth of the organization.
Hafeez began his independent consulting career four years ago, whilst undertaking a Masters in People and Organisational Change.  This builds on substantial experience as a Project and Programme Manager in IT and Commerce, focusing on facilitating behavioural change interventions from the individual, to the team through to the organisation, in cross-cultural, multi-functional environments.
He has held several operational and consulting roles in many industry sectors including education, telecommunications, client services, manufacturing, retail, new media, publishing, and government sectors, managing client relationships.
Hafeez's out-of-the-box thinking and pragmatic approach has enabled him to understand an organization's dynamics, build collaborative relationships across cultures within organization, analyse developmental challenges the organization faces and build strategically aligned solutions that challenge the organizations norm have enabled him to bring about sustained behavioural change within business and organisations.
Over the last 3 years Hafeez has been involved with Executive one-to-one coaching, focusing on achieving sustainable behavioural change using appreciative inquiry and believes that this positive influence on the individual will in turn have an impact on the organization and it's strategic direction and growth of the company.
