Marijke Cazemier is a senior HR professional with more than 15 years' experience of working with business leaders and their teams. Following a broad range of HR roles in the telecoms industry, where she covered most aspects of the Human Resources product portfolio, she has recently focused on identification and retention of global talent, specifically in high-tech industries.  
Marijke has a particular interest in forming partnerships with senior leaders, helping them evaluate strengths and areas for development of their team, and using this as a platform for succession planning and performance management. Marijke is a highly accomplished one-to-one coach and a skilled mediator who, through her balanced and calming influence, can reduce the pressure when situations are difficult. She has a direct and questioning style with a focus on tangible deliverables that can be translated back into the workplace.
Marijke is a Dutch national, who has lived in the Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK.  She has considerable experience of developing cross cultural groups through coaching and facilitation, having worked with teams in France, Italy, Dubai, USA and the UK.  She is fluent in English and Dutch, has a good command of German and some French.  Her key strength when working with cross culture and matrix teams is her ability to increase mutual understanding when the pressure to deliver is on, and team issues prevent business success.
